Well I've just embarked on the Anne Rice vampire series (see previous thread!). Can't recommend as yet, as I haven't really got started. I'll keep you posted... I would definatly recommend the Ann Rice vampire series. I found Memnoch got a bit deep, but don't let that put you off as some of those that come afterwards such as the Vampire Armand (my personal favorite) and Blackwood Farm are very good. Her Mayfair witches series are good too.
